How We Recruit
Every candidate goes through a structured screening process before we put their name forward. We verify certificates against original issuing authorities, cross-check sea service records, and conduct face-to-face interviews at our Colombo office. Medical fitness is confirmed through our panel of approved maritime physicians. There are no shortcuts — a bad hire at sea is not the same as a bad hire on land.
